In application of Legislative Decree 206/2005, and European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract by sending, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods, a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt indicating:
the willingness to withdraw from the concluded contract
indication of the article for which it is decided to make use of the right of withdrawal
your data written IN PRINTBOARD with clear and legible handwriting
the number of the invoice or receipt issued at the time of purchase.

The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, therefore if the returned products are damaged, incomplete, deteriorated and/or dirty will not be refunded.
In addition, as per new tax regulations, the returned goods must be accompanied by the original receipt. No photographs or copies will be accepted. In the absence of this document, the return request cannot be accepted.
Marinaz agraria e giardinaggio will contact the client indicating how to send the return. Afterwards, the customer must return the goods at his own expense. The shipment can be made by postal service or express courier. The deadline for the return of the product must not exceed 15 working days from the date of receipt of the same.
The package must be sent to the point of sale that handled the order: the correct shipping address is the one indicated on the invoice inserted inside the package.
Under no circumstances will cash-on-delivery parcels or freight collect. The goods in question must be accompanied by the fiscal document.
The customer who has used the return procedures indicated above is entitled to a refund of the returned goods, which will take place in accordance with Article 67 of the Consumer Code. The amount will be credited in the manner agreed with the customer.
If the customer requests a change of size or color, he must send an email (always within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods) to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying:
order of belonging
model and size required.
Products requested for replacement that are incomplete, deteriorated, damaged and/or dirty will not be replaced.
Marinaz agraria e giardinaggio will check the availability of the product and will indicate, responding to the communication via email, the shipping procedures.
Shipping costs related to the change of product, size or color are charged to the customer.
If, on delivery of the goods, the buyer considers the packaging to be in sub-optimal conditions (damaged, tampered with, wet, etc.), please accept the shipment with reservation, i.e. by placing a reservation on the waybill before signing for acceptance, specifying the reasons and notifying Marinaz agraria e giardinaggio what happened.
In the absence of the above reservation it will not be possible to proceed with the refund for any damage to the goods.
