Marinaz Agraria e Giardinaggio makes the delivery of goods. To ensure timely and safe delivery of purchases, it has chosen to use the most reliable couriers operating on the national territory. The purchased goods will be packed with the utmost care directly in our store.
The table below shows the approximate delivery times starting from the day after the customer has sent the order; in case of particular encumbrances, and products of the vases category, their processing may take longer, the delivery of such order will be made within the terms provided by law.

If the carrier cannot find anyone at the addressee's address at the first passage, he shall leave a paper notice stating the day, time of passage and the communication that he will make the passage the following day. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, a paper notice identical to the previous one shall be left at the addressee's premises. After the second delivery attempt, the deposit will be opened. The courier will also leave a telephone number of the branch in the recipient's area so that delivery can be arranged. The notice of storage, however, does NOT authorize the recipient to go to the warehouse in the area and pick up the goods without the consent of Marinaz Agricultural and Gardening.
If, on delivery of the goods, the buyer considers the packaging to be in sub-optimal conditions (damaged, tampered with, wet, etc.), please accept the shipment with reservation, i.e. by placing reservation on the waybill before signing for acceptance, specifying the reasons and promptly informing Marinaz agraria e giardinaggio of what has happened. In the absence of the above reservation it will not be possible to proceed with the refund for any damage to the goods.
Payment of the price of the products and related shipping costs must be made by the customer using one of the methods provided on the site. Shipping costs are entirely borne by Marinaz agraria e giardinaggio for purchases in Italy over Euro 120,00 including VAT. In the case of purchases in Italy for a total value of less than Euro 120.00 including VAT, the customer will be refunded expenses starting from Euro 8.50*** including VAT, depending on the weight and volume of the order.

If the recipient of the goods is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a document at the address indicated to contact the offices of the courier and arrange for the return of the goods. It is not possible to ask for delivery of goods by indicating addresses of P.O. boxes, hotels or offices in order to guarantee safe delivery. The costs of return are at the expense of the customer.
For shipments in Italy destined to the Islands, Venice and free zone, in addition to the fixed costs, a contribution of Euro 15.00 including VAT is required for purchases of less than Euro 250.00 excluding VAT. For purchases of more than Euro 100.00 including VAT, shipping costs are charged to the company.
