Delivery methods
Marinaz agriculture and gardening carries out the delivery of the goods. To ensure timely and safe delivery of purchases, it has chosen to use the most reliable couriers operating throughout the country. The purchased goods will be packed with the utmost care directly in our store.
The following table shows the indicative delivery times starting from the day following that on which the customer sent the order; in the case of particular dimensions, and of products of the vases category, their processing may take longer, the delivery of this order will in any case take place within the terms established by law.
Capital city: 2/3 working days
Other centers: 4/5 working days
Islands: 3/4 days working, smaller islands - 10 working days
The carrier, who at the first passage does not find anyone at the address of the recipient, will leave a paper notice in which he will report the day, the time of passage and the communication that will make the passage the following day. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, a paper notice equal to the previous one is left with the recipient. After the second step, the stock is opened. The courier will also leave a telephone number of the branch in the recipient's area in order to arrange delivery. However, the notice of stock does NOT authorize the recipient to go to the warehouse in the area and to collect the goods without the consent of Marinaz agraria e giardino.
In the event that, upon delivery of the goods, the buyer deems the packaging to be in non-optimal conditions (damaged, tampered with, wet, etc.), please accept the shipment with reserve, i.e. by putting a reserve on the waybill before signing for acceptance, specifying the reasons and promptly communicating what happened to Marinaz agraria e giardino. In the absence of the aforementioned reserve, it will not be possible to reimburse any damage to the goods.

If the recipient of the goods is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a document at the address indicated to contact the courier's offices and arrange the return of the goods. It is not possible to request deliveries of goods by indicating addresses of post office boxes, hotels or offices, in order to guarantee safe delivery. The return costs are charged to the customer in case of products ordered by mistake.
